I have no idea. It’s a high quality inexpensive item. Worn and washed it many times and holding up well. I have a lot of their products and they are all just fine.

Are there any biking shorts that match the shirt

I had bought some plain black ones back in March 2019 from the same seller and manufacturer. Don't know if there are any that match that blue jersey.

Do the pockets have zippers?

The pockets do not have zippers but are very deep and I doubt that anything would fall out.
