how long is the hair growth back

Two days after shaving about 1mm four days after shaving about 2mm and so on. But depends on each individuals hair growth and if after shaving if you use a moisturiser with hair inhibitor which I found to slow down hair growth to some degree. I also found that shaving frequently helped to slow down hair growth.

It says units 40 count twice in the listing, once could be error but twice. Is it really 40 refills for this price?
