Actually this might help a small or bit only. Anyhow we must need to add more vegetables and other food which have fiber. Because I tried it with plain briyani rice. But no stool formation. Because I ate ruce only which have no fiber. And one another point is taste is ok. I mean no taste and we can mix with the food. No change in food taste.

My gut health improved with the use of this product and also i woke up with no puffiness on my face.
