Recommended to me as a "healthy" salt and now the only one I will use. Delicate taste, much better than table salt.

I purchased this as it contains 82 minerals, a much better salt than standard table salt. I use it for cooking and placing on prepared meals. It is coarse so if you wanted it on meals it is hard to break down. It's too wet to be used in a salt mill.
