Charges up pretty fast, and my back feels way way better HOWEVER I can't give it five stars because the power box easily comes off. Plus my arm touches it accidentally- even through my shirt- and it changes the settings. I wore it hang clothes on the line and for the first time in years I wasn't in major pain. I did have to bend over and pick up the power box 2x.

Yes it's a bit pricey but if you want a masssager and heater that you don't have to worry about, this is it. The band is large and has a lot of space for adjustment and comes with a convenience of charging. It's a single portable pack-like device that attaches to the massager via magnets, once you pull this piece off you can charge it like a regular mobile device, saving you from having to run a long wire to the entire band. The heat is relatively hot, it takes about 30 seconds to a minute to really heat up, but I suspect that's for safety reasons. The massage is nice, there are 4 points on the pack that vibrates different points on your back. It definitely can get strong if you're ok with that. Strong recommend!

My back pain on my right side leaves not being able to bend over by the end of day. Iv been using this for 2 days and it actually gives me relief. It gives a light massage with vibration which is really soothing on my sciatic and hip. My first time trying the red light so I’m hoping this is what I was missing. The belt is made with good quality and charges quickly. I really like that I can walk around and get what I need done while easing the pain in my back. The belt is comfortable to wear and comes with extender for wider waists, I don’t need it but nice to know there is that option for larger sizes. Overall happy with this purchase.
