Extremely Disappointed – Two Faulty Phones!
I deeply regret purchasing these phones. I bought two devices about 45 days ago, and both of them have serious issues.• The first device clearly came opened and resealed. It constantly freezes, turns off by itself, and does not charge properly even with its original charger.• The second device also freezes frequently, and it has serious microphone and sound problems.This is completely unacceptable. I paid for new, working devices, but what I received feels defective and unreliable. The frustration of dealing with two faulty phones is beyond words. I expected much better quality and customer support.I absolutely do not recommend buying this product. Total waste of money and a very disappointing experience.
