Stomach cramps are not that bad very minor in my opinion -As Somone who struggled going too the toilet and was always bloated due too backed up waste for years these have worked wonders, absolutely amazing productHad taken 2 before bed and woke in the morning bursting too go, and I was honestly stunned and surprised I must have emptied about 10 KG of waste alone !!!! Took 1 tablet first night 10 o'clock woke up at 7 for the next hour I was running to the toilet an bad stomach pains pain at bottom of my ribs hot sweats an feeling dizzy. Second night took 1 at 10 o'clock was up at 1 am till 4.30 am running to the toilet an bad stomach pains again so draining they work i have lost 4 lbs but not worth the pain an toilet trips how anyone can do 15 days I don't no you would be realy ill an sore after 15 days

If u need a big clear out these tablets are for u there amazing.. they do give the cramps but the pain is worth it afterwards u feel so much better. I will definitely be keeping this in stock

Day 1: no issue ..well apart from waking up at 330am to go to the loo and then every hour after that till around 830Day 2: woke at 5ish again to go to the loo. But in the worst pain ever. The cramps were so bad I thought I was going to throw up. Good job I didn't have work that day. There was no way I would be able to make it through the day. The cramps kept coming in waves, that would double me over in pain and with very fast runs to the loo!! Not sure I am going to day 3 for a while!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Work brilliantly on me I’ve tried others but these are perfect clear your tummy out and not to painful with the cramps you get definitely will have these again when I need a reset

Woke up from the pain in my stomach, nothing I experienced before. I was shaky and felt very weak.Took tablet at 6pm, 12 at night had to get up from the pain, went to the bathroom and passed out. It did the job, but I’m still shaky and feeling stomach pain also very sweaty. Not taking another one 100%, stomach pain not bearable for me.3 days after still feeling unwell, not doing that again

Well, this certainly works well. Took one capsule at 6 in the evening. I didn't sleep that night (not because of this product) and it kicked in about 12 hours later.The stomach cramps are real. I felt like I was going to be sick.. But it subsided soon enough and by then I was cleared out.Very effective and good value for money.
