LubriSyn HA Human Liquid Hyaluronic Acid Joint Supplement 3 Pack, 11.5 oz

This joint supplement has been great for my knees! I've tried countless others like chondroitin / glucosamine supplements but they didn't work like this one which has provided the same level of relief and mobility. My joints feel genuinely rejuvenated, and I can move with a freedom I haven't experienced in a while. However, and this is a big however, the taste is pretty bad. Imagine trying to chew on a plastic toy – that's pretty much what you're in for. I have to mentally prepare myself for each dose, and I chase it with something strong just to get rid of the lingering plastic aftertaste. It makes me wonder if I am drinking microplastics along with this. I would gladly pay extra if it were in a glass bottle. I'm not sure if it's the bottle they put it in or their packaging process (maybe the bottle is heated some?) but it definitely feels like I'm drinking plastic the taste is so strong. The supplement definitely works but maybe at a possible expense of ingesting plastic?

Five Days in June gives us a different perspective on what many call the turning point of World War II. Even for those of us with little more than a dusting of knowledge about D-Day – June 6, 1944 – learned in high-school history classes, Buzz Bernard gives us a perspective that transcends the greatness of the infusion of allied forces into France. That perspective comes through the eyes of a fictional army Captain named Andy Lockhart, a member of one of three teams of weather forecasters tasked to produce forecasts, the success (or failure) of which perhaps determining the success (or failure) of the European invasion – and the future of the world. Andy tries to process and digest the differences between the three groups, often portrayed as competitors even though their mission is to produce a united consensus. Easier said than done, Bernard takes us through avenues of clashing personalities and weather theories that threaten the forecast so vital to the success of the attack. At the same time, Andy juggles his own emotions about a mysterious girl with whom he was ambushed by a German spy (who demands knowledge of the Allied invasion) only hours after meeting her, leaving the reader as puzzled as Andy is when only the spy’s dead body is found hours after the incident. All-in-all, this book gives us the usual page-turning addictions and vivid descriptions Bernard is so good at crafting. Even though we know the outcome of D-Day in advance, we struggle with Andy in his hopes and dreams, both in and out of uniform. Even for non-history-buffs, this book is a great read start to finish.

I think it's helping me. I will continue to take it. My expectations are very hopful.

We use this daily and have for years. I first tried it to help relieve shoulder pain in AC joint. Worked quickly and spared me from a 2nd steroid injection. We both believe that it helps prevent joint issues and continue to use it twice daily. Highly recommended. HOWEVER, the manufacturer recently changed the packaging to a new bottle top and we’ve had problems with the product seeping from under the new lids. This is frustrating, messy, and wasteful. If you’re reading this, Mr. Hyaluronic (!), PLEASE go back to the old packaging.
