I had no problems works very well and charge last for a very long time. It immediately charges on sunny days without directly sitting in the sun. For example not on the car dash board and the instructions do warn you about NOT to leave the battery to charge on the car dashboard.

Great little solar charger that you can clip onto your backpack
Purchase this for a hiking trip where we weren’t sure what kind of charging ability we were gonna have once we got to our cabin. Clips easily to the outside of your backpack so that it can charge while you’re hiking. Tested it out and did a really good job. If you’re ever stuck out in the woods and need to charge, this is something I could put my faith in that it would do exactly what it’s supposed to do. Charge up all of those phones and radios or things in a pinch.

It won't charge and has swollen.
I purchased this item three months ago, and during this time, I only used it a few times: a couple of times as a phone charger and a couple of times as a flashlight. Additionally, during this time, it started changing shape—its edges became bulging, and it seemed to swell from the inside. It also stopped charging. Now it has an unclear shape and is constantly in a charging state, never having fully charged even once. Now I don’t know what to do with it, and I would not purchase a second one of this kind.

Always stays charged!
This is a LARGE charger. It does hold charge for a long time and is very sensitive to light for solar charge so it constantly stays charged! The magnet on the charger does not ‘grip’ to the magnet on my phone. It will charge my phone if I specifically place it and don’t move it. I am glad to have this charger!
