Game changer
This toner is effective, inexpensive, and easy to use. As an oily girl with problematic skin, I found that using too many acne products was irritating to my skin. It meant the products I layered on didn’t really get to work. This is calming and soothing and soothes my skin barrier so my products can work more effectively. I put it on immediately after I shower to lock in hydration and soothe my skin after hot water. It’s always my first step in my skin care routine. It’s milky and gentle and always helps my skin regardless of what state it’s in (sunburnt, barrier compromised, active breakouts, oily or dry). I’ve tested to see if this product has actually made the difference, and every time without fail, it makes the difference. This product is a staple that would be beneficial for anyone.

Very good product
I really like this toner I like it more than the thayers milky toner. It leaves your skin hydrated and doesn’t leave a sticky feeling it last a while. It doesn’t have a smell to it and it’s not expensive. I wear it under makeup with no problem I also use serums with it and it makes as good base for skincare! It even has this little thing on the top with a pump that gives you the perfect amount every time. You should try it if you like milky toners!

Great buy
What I love about the ITK Hydrating Milky Face Toner is how gentle it feels on my skin while being incredibly effective. The combination of hyaluronic acid and squalane really hydrates and leaves my face feeling soft and plump without any greasy residue. It’s especially great for calming my skin and reducing any redness, which is a big plus. The texture is lightweight and milky, which I find soothing, and it preps my skin perfectly for the rest of my skincare routine.

Great Product! Bottle design could be improved
If you're like me, you've probably spent an embarrassing amount of time scouring the shelves for a toner that doesn't leave your skin feeling like the Sahara Desert. Well, folks, I’ve finally found it. This milky face toner is like a tall glass of water for your face—except it's better because it doesn't require a straw, and it smells like a dream. Seriously, it’s so moisturizing, I almost considered skipping my moisturizer altogether (but don’t do that, trust me, your skin still needs it). But here's the thing: while my skin is living its best hydrated life, the bottle design? Not so much. It’s like the toner is a 5-star experience trapped in a 3-star bottle. When you push down with a cotton ball on top, it squirts out and makes a mess that is eerily reminiscent of something white that squirts out of a male organ. Sometimes fancy does not equal better. So, I did what any reasonable person would do—I swapped it out for a different bottle with a more user-friendly design. I mean, the toner is that good. After hunting high and low for a toner that would actually moisturize (because, apparently, “toning” doesn’t always mean “moisturizing”), this is my holy grail. Perfect for anyone who's tired of toners that treat your skin like a dry sponge instead of a plush, hydrated cloud. Will I endure the bottle struggles for the sake of this miracle toner? Absolutely. But if the brand is listening, maybe a little redesign wouldn’t hurt?

Step aside Rhode…
I just received this and only used it twice but I’m telling you this is superior! I have dry skin with slightly oily t-zone with some rosacea on my cheeks that comes and goes. Usually after I wash my face I turns red despite what face wash I use and this just calms my skin and feels so good, smooth and soft. I plan on buying again and again. I used it in my foundation too and it applied beautifully. It has a nice thick viscosity and has no strong scent, if any. If I could give this a million stars I would. I definitely need to check out their other products now.
