This is a luxury, it is expensive and so worth every cent. We have purchase this a year ago and we have traveled a lot. This is definitely a GAME CHANGER!! My son is autistic and he will take off running, it is difficult traveling with him sometimes because he can't stay still and wants to explore. I never used a child leash on him, nothing against it and personally I did purchase one just incase. Anyways, since we purchase this he stays put! We now never travel anywhere without it. Storage is small, but its enough to fix activities, ipad, and plenty of snacks. there is no space left unused. The bed is super easy to use and he was able to sleep with a little extra leg space to lay flat. Easy to pull the child around the airport, I have no issues with it at all. I would highly recommend it.

I just received it so if I remember I will update the review once it is used. According to Stokke's FAQ the improvements "V2 to V3: (1) lighter and smoother packaging to reduce environmental footprint; (2) further improvements to the wheels and wheel structure, with more dampening, for an even smoother and more comfortable ride". Unfortunately, those changes seems to be a downgrade. It feels cheaply made and I'm afraid it will break easily. If we have to replace it due to its "reduced environmental footprint" (fragile) we will just generate more waste if they break, instead of using it with multiple kids. I wish all four wheels would swivel in all directions instead of only the front two. It is certainly a luxury item and if it breaks because it's cheaply made, they won't be getting a repeat purchase. So Stokke, it's best to generate repeat customers for quality instead of losing them. Update: it is a great little item and I’m glad I got it. Not sure how long I will be able to use as my 2 and half year old’s feet already touches the ground when riding it so if his feet slips it will stop the ride. Having some of the wheels not swivel enhances the safety. I can’t even imagine how it was to control it when all wheels would turn in every direction. The ride is super smooth. Last but not least, the material special when emptier is loud but it is not that cheap. My son has dragged this around my mother’s house, bashed it through doors and walls and yes something broke inside, obviously, but seems that it will take the beating graciously. I don’t regret buying it as it did help when he was sleeping but if your kid is a little taller it may not be used for too long. Will keep taking on our trips. Worth the money

I got convinced by the hyped up happy kids in their promo video but this POS luggage is not worth the price tag. It broke before we even made it to the plane from just opening the packaging and trying to carry it. That loud ripppppp sound you hear? That’s the sound of the flimsy mattress fabric tearing from undoing a button snap, your $200 shredding apart, and your toddler’s precious heart. Okay fine cosmetic defect. I can still use it...right? Nope! Because as soon as we picked up the EMPTY suitcase, the PLASTIC orange buckle snapped and the strap slid out! Now two sharp jagged pieces point outwards right where my child can grab at or if they want to help pull. I tied a knot to hide it from her but this thing is being returned. My suggestions are to make the strap holders with metal and reinforce the entry points into the plastic body. Also engineer a pull handle like a regular carryon suitcase along with a shoulder strap into the suitcase so it won’t tip as much when pulling. I don’t mind paying for quality items but this was not one!

The perfect travel case. Great for getting out of strollers.

I really liked this initially. It was smooth to pull around and it worker great as a seat extender for my kiddo on planes. I found the “mattress” attachment to be a pain as it slides around a lot but it worked fine without it. However, after just a few trips it cracked where the wheel attached and now it’s useless. My kiddo is 40+ pounds under the stated weight limit and it was never checked or anything. I expect better from Stokke products and the price point

It’s cute and my toddler definitely had fun with it, but there are a few downsides. The storage is limited—you can only fit so much inside—and it tends to pop open on its own if it’s too full. It works well as a seat extender, but setting it up and securing it takes more effort than expected. Also, the mattress doesn’t stay in place, which makes it less convenient to use. In terms of portability, it’s easy to roll around and my toddler enjoys riding on it, but it can feel a bit bulky when you’re trying to manage other bags at the same time. As for durability, it seems sturdy overall, but the popping open issue makes it feel less secure for travel. Overall, it looks great and is fun for kids, but the functionality could be improved.

Great product. We were able to store all kinds of things inside for my son, and the bed really came in handy on a long flight! My 3 year old won’t sit in a stroller but loved this (for the most part)… it does take some time to get the hang of if you are zooming around the airport. The are no brakes (obv) and it takes practice to turn, so honestly my son went flying off a handful of times. lol. Very grateful we purchased this and will be using again. came in perfect condition from Amazon

I have written to Stokke about the problem as it seems to be a weak point in the design. My daughter weighs only abt 25lbs. There is no way it would've cracked because of that. It's a shame that you pay this much and only last a year. Did i get my money's worth? I suppose so. But just wish it would've lasted a heck of a lot longer considering i paid full price for my item. Not on sale or anything. My daughter loved it but now its just wobbling around and not really functional. Trust me, it was a pain to roll it around on the back wheels because the front was broken. we have tried it in American, Spirit, Delta, United planes and it works. She felt comfortable and made the plane ride pleasant for everyone. I hope Stokke can help fix the issue and repair. If not, well.....i'm definitely not going to buy another one. UPDATE 10/14/2022 Emailed stokke about the issue as I was still under warranty and no response. Worth it yes. But just be prepared for a non responsive customer service.

We just travelled to Europe and this little suitcase was amazing! Actually holds quite a bit, keeps kiddos feet up and comfy, and the pull feature is great! I highly recommend it!

Life saver. Toddler was able to sleep nicely on the plane.
