This is the one I was looking for. It works even better than expected. I bought a few.
I struggled to find the right device for what we needed. I tried another shop but the picture came out phone sized, not what we needed. This is what you think it is.... perfect. You can charge while using it, the picture is finally as expected, it's easy to use (plug it in) and the quality means I don't need to replace it any time soon. It functions just like I'd hoped it would, flawless.

Didn’t work with iPhone16. Tried on two TVs. Picture lasts about 20 seconds and then stops playing. Junk!

Works out of the box.
I was concerned that I might have to return this device as it was definitely priced well below the Apple Dongle price. But, it worked well with my first attempt. So I’m happy so far. I’ll report back if it fails too early to satisfy me.

Works Perfectly – Great Value
I purchased this adapter so I could stream from my iPhone 17 while traveling, and it works flawlessly. Just plug it into your phone, connect an HDMI cable to your TV, and everything on your phone is mirrored instantly—no lag, no setup hassles. I originally bought Apple’s version, which cost $65 more, but this one performs just as well for a fraction of the price. Picture quality is excellent, and it’s super convenient for hotel stays or anywhere you want a bigger screen.
