How do I remove this smell from my clothes? It is absolutely rancid.

Wash your clothes again once or twice without using the Downy booster.

How long does a bottle last?

It would depend on how many washes you do and if you use the product for each load of wash or not. There are many variables. I only have three people in my home and can expect one large bottle to last about two months with the product being used every wash load.
