Great chair, very comfortable,, but. No instructions, seat back to seat base very hard to line up with the arm rests when fitting to the seat base,,, thought something was going to snap!!! We will see how long it lasts.

lovely chair easy to build :) do not worry about the fingers getting trapped! as long as you place the foot rest at a lower level (which is honestly whats most comfortable anyway) the bars will be too low to trap your fingers. Just check before you sit on how low the handle sits when its fully down :)

I needed a higher than usual office chair, and on a limited budget, ended up trying this. It's not perfect, but for the price what's to argue about, you could spend £200 to £1000 for high quality branded chairs. The first chair received had a manufacturing fault - I am now sitting on a replacement chair provided promptly by the seller. I had to report that the first chair I received that the holes drilled in the original seat were off by around 10 degrees off straight, so the back and arms were skewed off straight and my arm bashed one chair arm and the back wasn't straight, but the seller worked to resolve the issue by replacing and collection, so that's resolved. To the chair in question - you get what you pay for! You have to assemble it yourself, and as others have suggested, maybe don't overtighten the bolts around the back / arms / seat fittings until you're happy everything is aligned. There's little adjustment wriggle but you can slightly tweak bolted positions as you assemble. There are NO ergonomic adjustments, other than seat height and arms up or down. Everything is fixed in place. So if you need to angle the seat, you'll have to use a suitable separate cushion. If you need lumbar support, again you'll probably need to buy a suitable cushion. If you need the arms higher or lower, you're out of luck, although the arms do fold back out of the way if you prefer. The seat is very firm, so for now I'll wait to see how that fairs from long term use. I'm already using a cushion in any case. I'm an average 75kg, 5'10" male and the chair seems a good size, although I'm not sitting back in the chair because the back rakes backward a little vertically, which doesn't feel natural (except when relaxing back), but then I naturally sit forward on a seat anyway. Overall it seems to help relax my shoulders and neck to be sat higher to the desk and keyboard height, and this chair has helped there. Bottom line if you're after long hours of sitting luxury comfort, and high quality adjustable ergonomics, this may not be the chair for you. But at the price, if you're on a budget and don't mind assembling yourself, I'd say give it a go.

The chair is incredibly sturdy and durable, we've been using it for a good month now, and it is comfortable for both gaming on the PC, and also for long days on work meetings. It was easy to assemble, and fit well in our small office style Cubard/hidey hole. Definitely recommend!

Its not bad but it is very wobbly. the base of the seat tilts to one side which is no good for my back so i am quite disappointed with that. it would be ok to use for short periods of time but it seriously lacks quality, padding and stability

The lowest height possible is too high for my keyboard. My legs are hanging off and going numb, and the so-called footrest is so far in, only a contortionist will be able to use it. I'm getting pins and needles in my arms from the unnatural pressure. I also have back ache, because the chair back is slanted backwards like a recliner and is therefore no support, unless I lay back and look at the screen down my nose! And my derriere is numb. It's been less than an hour in use. Worst chair I have ever used for work.

I found the chair very simple to put together and glad I went for the grey and white as it really looks high end. Adjustment is great for my counter height desk. Excellent value for money.
