Why is this product allowed to be sold for the UK market without any notice or warning?!!! The plug is for US but that's not the major issue here, the voltage is 120V! If you plug this in the UK with an adoptor, you would blow up thhe vacuum cleaner! Dangerous! Now I have to make a trip to drop it off to a collection centre, what a waste of time!!!!

Seemed like a well built vacuum cleaner but the plug was a US two pin connector that I had no adapter for, never even got to try it, shame, looks good.

Why are Amazon UK selling this ? It's American and not compatible with UK electric supply . There's no plug on it either. Going straight back . Only gave 1 star because I couldn't give zero

This is a great little vacuum. the powerhead is narrower than most vacuums but the maneuverability more than makes up for it and I can get into places I couldn't with my old unit. The body separates from the floor unit for stairs or the car. The hand turbine roller works well. The roller brush is driven directly from the motor, no belt to burn off, if you snag something, the motor trips out, you untangle and turn the roller power back on. My only minor complaint is no "on-board" storage for the hand-held turbine roller brush. I have used this vacuum almost daily for over 2 years.

En general, es una buena aspiradora. Estuve muy contenta con su desempeño y sí la recomendaría. Lamentablemente, la parte inferior se rompió después de aproximadamente un mes de uso ligero y ahora ya no puedo utilizarla. No estoy segura de si se trata de un problema de diseño o si simplemente me tocó una unidad defectuosa. Si el fabricante llega a contactarme con alguna solución, con gusto le daría otra oportunidad al producto y actualizaría mi reseña.

I would give this a 5 star, BUT like other reviews, the hose split on mine only 7 months after buying. The stair tool is also garbage. It does not have power to it so once it hits the carpet it can't spin anymore. This vacuum has tons of suction, and leaves floors very clean... This is coming from someone with 3 dogs and 3 children under the age of 10. The bag also lasts quite a while in a home with a lot of hair to pick up. I would recommend buying one, just be prepared to have spare hoses on hand to replace.

I haven’t written a review on Amazon before, but I felt I needed to share how much I love this vacuum! It has great suction power but isn’t too heavy. The swivel action works really well so it’s easy to turn corners and go under furniture. The fact that you can use this vacuum on hard floors and carpets with the push of a button is so great too; you can turn off the brush roll so you don’t damage your hard floors. For context, our house has 3 carpeted bedrooms upstairs and hard floor in the living room/halls. This vacuum makes my life so much easier. I’ve only had the vacuum for less than a week but I’m obsessed! I would absolutely recommend this vacuum to anyone who has a similar house situation and is looking for an effective vacuum. 10/10!
