Well made with a great price!
This is a well made receptacle outlet. Great price too! I use this as a dummy receptacle to plug my generator into when not in use. Having said that, when I look at the back of it, where you would put your feeder wires, it is well made and very sturdy looking. The screw design is well placed and looks solid! I would buy this again!

A good sturdy socket
I used this to install on a 40 amp double pole double throw line . I use to to plug in an ev charger , I got a nema 15-40 charger called juice box 32. Please note 40 amp plugs can be installed on the 50amp plugs like this but you cannot draw more than 32 amps to be safe. This is not good for an RV and I have labelled the plug as 40amp just in case some one plugs in an RV. It was easy to install in a plastic wall box ,I have my electrical guy pull 40 amp wires and then I got a wall socket to use the nema plug chargers. Seems a solid built and well marked socket. The copper wires are a bit of a fight to put into the back of this but once they are in all good .

This outlet works very well and it’s great for the money. We installed an electric charger in the garage about a year ago and we didn’t have any problems. Would recommend.

Tratamos de comprar estos en varias tiendas de eléctricas en Guadalajara, y nadie los tiene en stock. Te dicen 6 a 15 dias de entrega y lo venden a 1200 pesos. Este cuesta 1/5 parte y llega en 48 horas! Ideal para insalacion de 220 para cargadores Nivel 1 (el que viene en la cajuela del auto eléctrico) a 220V como el Tesla Leaf Bolt i3 Etc.

Contact customer service and got fixed issue very quickly: offered two options for me:1) replace by a new one (another shipment)2) if accept the broken box one gets 50% offWell option #2 works for me so I am very happy with the brilliant customer support! a good enough receptable for me
I bought this for my ev charger.Before I place the order, I did a lot of research about how to choose a proper recepatble for ev charger.Frist I passed the recepatble sold in HD, it looks very weak.Then I passed those expensive one recomanded by utber, because I really dont need a industrial grade one.For the following reason I chose this one1. My ev charger plug will not be frequently plug out2. The price is fair3. This brand has a history of producing electrical products for decade4. After I receive the product, I am satisfied with the product quality
