Holds an edge well. The handle is very comfortable, and lends itself to great control of the blade. I simply couldn't be happier for the price. I consider it a very good value.

Mine did not come in factory packaging as shown in sellers pictures. Mine came with blade in a cardboard sleeve in a bubble wrap envelope. However, I didn't buy it for its packaging, I bought it for trimming meat and that's where this knife shines. Sharp, handle easy to grip even when wet and easy to clean. Cheap, sharp effective tool, Victorinox for the win!

This knife is SHARP. For the money, i dont know if you could find anything better. Used to trim big cuts of steak, cube chicken breast, fillet fish, remove skin/scales off fish cuts. Very little pressure, and a slight pull, this thing glides through everything. Already ordered a second for my dad who lives constantly grills.

Great value for the price. Bought it on the recommendation of Scott Rae in his series of youtube vidoes on butchery, and he was 100% correct especially for a $25 knife it's an excellent knife, takes a good sharp edge easily and holds an edge well. The blade shape and flexibility of the blade make it easy to get clean cuts in tight spots on a carcass, within it's intended role it's become a favorite of mine.

I butcher my own livestock year-round, so my Victorinox knives get a workout. They are easy to sharpen and hold a razor edge for quite awhile. Every knife needs honing, and if maintain the hone on this knife, it will last for many many years. I like these knives even more than my Cutco knives, and Victorinox blades hold a keener edge. You'll find it difficult to find a better value for the money.

Was not as flexible as I thought. But still very good. I used it to trim some steaks it felt very good in my hand and went just where I wanted it to. Little disappointing in the packaging it was unwrapped. It performed excellent

Deboning chicken was a breeze and the handle provides a secure grip even when your hands get a bit slick. I even prefer using this knife instead of my chef's knife when I'm cutting a small piece of meat.

Solid, high quality knife. SHARP AS HELL. Not as much flexibility as other boning knives I've had, but that's kind of clear in the description. A solid member of my happy knife family.
