It was easy to use and with a little massage oil it moved very smoothly over my body with minimal effort. I could tell it was helping to move the fluid because after about 10 minutes I had to go pee, so I knew my body was processing the built up fluid. I suggest if you buy this you look up lymphatic massage to find out which way on your body (up or down)you should massage,depending on what area in your body you have fluid buildup . For example, I massaged my legs upwards from my calf up to the top of my thigh to help massage the fluid out of my legs. A must have!
