Goes on smooth, stays put and doesn't run, dries extremely hard!
After I reinforced a hole in the hull with fiberglass and resin, there was still a low spot. I figured it would take forever to keep filling it in with resin, plus the resin is extremely runny so it is hard to get it to stay in the low spot. I came across this putty and out of the can it is extremely workable, not runny, does not sag and stay put. Even mixing in the liquid hardener does not effect it or make it runny. I applied it to the hull and it literally took one coat and evened the low spot out. I mean it goes on so smooth, and you have plenty of time to work with it before it starts to get tacky. The price is very fair compared to other stuff like Bondo which they say you don't want to use for these types of repairs. I have yet to sand it, but it is extremely hard and nothing an orbital sander can't handle. Hope this review helps as I was going back and forth on what fiberglass to use.

Appears to be good quality
I was fixing some holes in the boat and Iโve never actually used the polyester before. I usually use epoxy and personally in the future, I just will use epoxy and fiberglass. Nonetheless this does solidify well. This does appear very solid. I think itโs a good quality polyester, but I wouldnโt use it personally again.

Great stuff!
I would buy again. Easy to use. No issue, just make sure you are in a well-ventilated area.

Repair putty
Worked great for making a piece that was missing on the rear wheel well on a 1966 corvette

Filling the gap.
This works great for what I need. A bit difficult in sanding it down a bit but works well in filling the gaps

TotalBoat makes good stuff. They made this.
Major boat repair work going on here, and I've gone through close to a gallon of this structural repair putty while making fillets and such. I can't say anything bad about the product - the only issues I've had are skill issues from not being a pro boat builder. This stuff has the consistency of petroleum jelly, and spreads the about the same. It's very sticky as well, which combined makes it a bit harder to contour with your finger, but like I said - skill issue.

Easier to work with than I thought it would be
First time using this type of filler. Cure time was predictable. Mixed easily on my board. Spread smoothly. Where I did have some unevenness I was able to fill after initial curing Minimal sanding, great finish. Been over a year out in the weather. No pitting, cracking or shrinkage
