This is a very comfortable system. I used them after surgery for breast cancer and it helped me to sleep comfortably.

I had a similar and much more expensive version of this years ago -- having had a number of traumatic injuries -- and this position takes a lot of pressure off your low back/hips. Now that I'm way older and have severe arthritis, I found this set and have to say it's doing the trick. You can put in on a couch or sleep on the thing. My only minor complaint is the bottom layer tends to slip. I solved that problem by adding a leg wedge I already had and anchoring it under the lip of an end table. If used in bed, again only because you move overnight and things can slip a bit, I fill up the space between the end and the foot of the bed with a body pillow. If you have had a hip injury or something like sciatica, this well help. If it wasn't for the slippage issue, I would have given it 5 stars, for construction and comfort. It works as well as the 3X more expensive version I'd bought 20 years ago.
