I have purchased these toner cartridges twice now from Cool Toner. The cartridges have all worked very well and they seem to contain a good amount of toner, lasting a long time for me. On my latest cartridge swap, the printer app wasn't recognizing that a new cartridge had been installed. I contacted Cool Toner's customer support and they were awesome! They responded quickly, they were easy to communicate with and their instructions on how to reset were very clear and resolved the issue. I highly recommend both the product and the company standing behind it!

Updated review: Received a message from the vendor offering a replacement set of toner, a refund or a gift card. They explained that they had a bad batch of toner and apologized. I had them send me a new toner set and am very pleased with it's performance but I am more pleased with the vendor and their customer service! Couldn't be happier and will be ordering from them for now on. Thank you. I have ordered this toner multiple times and have been satisfied with the quality for the price until recently. We now have two of the same printers in our home, so purchased two boxes at the same time. In the middle of a large print job when I was prompted to replace the cyan, I immediately noticed a difference in quality on my color images. I thought maybe it was because the magenta, yellow, and black were also getting low, so I went ahead and replaced those as well. Unfortunately, that made it even worse! I ended up with very faded and inaccurate colors. Fortunately, I still had original Brother toner in one of the printers and was able to finish the job. I then opened the second box thinking maybe I just got a bad batch, but got the same result. I tried everything I could find online as far as trouble-shooting, to no avail. I finally swapped out the true Brother cartidges from the other printer and it worked great again which led me to realize it really was the Cool Toner replacements and both boxes were bad. It still works fine for black and white, but as I print a lot of color brochures, it is disappointing to say the least. I am not sure now whether to take a chance and order these again hoping the last two boxes purchased together were just a bad batch or if they changed the formula and is what can now be expected...

Great Customer support. I had a toner that was not recognized and emailed customer support. I got a reply the same day with the easy solution of resetting the toner on the printer. Great products and great customer support.

They fit perfectly and print quality is comparable to name brand. No streaking or smearing, but the color accuracy is a bit off in the blue range. Not a deal breaker for me for the price difference.

I, like several others, had an issue with a cartridge leaking toner. Rather complain here, I reached out to the seller/manufacturer on December 7th. I had a response in just over 2 hours. They requested I fill out a RMA form and a photograph of the dotted streak being left on my printed pages. I submitted those, via attachments, to an email about 5 1/2 hours later (I hadn't checked my email until then). About an hour later I received another email from the company stating a replacement had been processed and I'd receive another email with a tracking number once it shipped. I received that email. And today December 10th I received my replacement via FedEx. I'd like to say that while not having any issues would have been preferable the warranty service is to notch. I don't think i could have ordered a new set of cartridges and received them much faster. Thank you "Cooltoner.com" for great customer service and a reasonably priced product.

UPDATE: The black toner cartridge worked fine, but the printer does not recognize the cyan cartridge. It's 5am and my printer won't work because of the cartridge. I will have to buy another entire toner set!

I ordered this product a year ago and unpackaged it for usage. Unfortunately, the black toner was not functioning. My thought was it was no longer usable able since it sat in its original packaging for a year. I reached out to the Cool Toner's customer support team and shared my thoughts. They provided steps to test the product with my printer. Ultimately, it was discovered that the item was defective. Right away, they offered amazon credit to rectify the issue. I was impressed with their immediate response time and customer service.

in August I purchased a NEW Brother Color Inkjet printer model HL-L8360CDW. It came with a set of original Brother inks that lasted about a minute. I had a 8,000 page print job in front of me and did not want to spend more than $500 for the original 4 colors from Brother...... (My printed was $400) Anyway, I began looking for other resources and came across this set of High Yield toners for this NEW printer. Package arrived within 2 days (packaged well) - and off I went with my print job. Totally worth every penny -- colors were great and appeared to be the same as the brother (did not see a difference at all) I was able to finish my print job and I still have ink left for other small jobs. Will I purchase again YES and YES. Best of all the inks were compatible with this Brother at 1/4 the cost. Thank you for offering a great product.

I bought so many laser printer cartridges before and this is the worst so far. I spend more time cleaning inside the printer because leaking. not just one color. everything is leaked except black. just stay away.

Not compatible with my Brother printer despite being advertised as is - poor quality ‘washed out’ printing
