Update 2: Replacement received & seems better. Update 1: They accepted a return request with a photo added and are sending a replacement – will update again whether the coffee is better this time. We have ordered this before and never had a problem, but this last delivery was horrible– not sure if it was spoiled rotten or what, but there was literally no taste of coffee… just…gross. Trying to return it and it’s not letting me submit – I will cancel my subscription and you will lose my business if you can’t process one simple customer exchange for a defective item….
