This bidet is the absolute best investment we have made for sanitary and cleanliness! The auto open and close feature, the adjustable heated seat and dryer is terrific. The nightlight lights up the bowl perfectly for nighttime without having to turn on the main light switch. The magnetic remote control with 2 person memory is amazing. Very easy to use. It has so many great features! I took a risk in spending the amount of money it cost for this bidet but absolutely love it and was well worth the investment! Highly recommend it!

Just installed product and it is a fantastic upgrade over my first bidet purchase (different brand, cheaper unit). Yes, this product was very expensive but among the cheapest with fully automatic seats and lids. I love all the other features, too -- oscillating, aerated spray does a very good job of gently cleaning, especially important for those with certain problems. Seat is solid, product is easy to install with quality stainless steel braided hose. I love it!

And the WINNER is... I really prefer NOT to be doing this review, not my favorite public sharing subject, BUT generally, after all the helpful reviews people take the time to put up, I feel un-American if I don't. So here they are from worst to best. #7: Bio Bidet BB1000: $400: what a piece of junk, felt cheap, loud, did not function well, ran out of hot water quick, etc. #6: Tushy Fresh Bidet: $100: it hurts; unless you wanna pucker up which is with-holding organic matter...you should not only NOT pucker up but to push a little for deeper clean. #5: Bio Bidet SlimEdge: $30: really hard to get the pressure right, every time, in a tight band of practical dial space. #4: Brondel S1400: $600: seemed quality built, wanted to like it but did not clean me, hot water took a second or two so a bit of disappointment every single time as you get hit with cool water first. #3: LuxeBidet Neo 185: $100: you need to shut down the pressure to cycle in between function, meaning you need to choose the right pressure every time, even though it has separate pressure dial. #2: Brondell FSP-250: $50 BEST CHEAP BIDET as can you can truly set the pressure and leave it. #1: Alpha Bidet UXA PEARL: $550 (today $450ish): BEST BIDET as the only one that HANDS FREE / TOILET PAPER FREE cleaned every time without pain. I have a hunch that the lower more affordable models of Alpha Bidet will get the job done without some bells and whistles. I just placed another order for exact same model...noticed $100 OFF(all dollar figures cited are "-ishes". Good Luck. *****UPDATE: HAD TO REDUCE THE STARS FROM 5 to 3: because both of the two items purchased rinse the nozel every time and it splashes back dirty water to hit your skin. The seller not interested in my feedback at all and dismissed them; so here they are: 1. People pee more than they poop so nozel clean not needed most of the time. 2. The nozel clean bounces water to hit your skin, sometimes w/dirty water 3. Wastes water since cleaning nozel is not needed most of the time 4. Nozel clean makes noise disturbing others middle of night 5. There is NO reason nozel clean cannot be only part of bum clean (currently nozel clean goes to work wasting water and making noise and splashing dirty water every time you sit down/after seat sensor detect) 6. Seller did not take this content I provided into account, gave it no credence what so ever so I am not hopeful this issue will be addressed. Thank you (9/14/25)

The user manual states that you can dismantle the open/close lid, but it doesn't work. I called Alpha company and they told me the user manual was wrong, you cannot change the setting. Plus the auto open doesn't open until you are almost touching the toilet and opens slow. Therefore if you are in a hurry to get there, it will not happen. Very disappointed that I paid an extra $100 for this feature. I bought my husband the Alpha Bidet without auto lid and he loves it. Even though it has a 3 yr warranty, and they knew I only had it for less than 2 months, they wouldn't exchange it for me.

I had a Toto Washlet for several years that rarely really cleaned due to low water pressure. The air filter system worked great until it finally ultimately got gummed up with an ugly mess. So I decided to replace it. After my usual thorough research looking for a product with more pressure I decided to buy this unit. I am extremely pleased and have now gotten a good cleaning every time. I don't quite understand criticism by some for too much pressure since you can easily reduce it with the controller. My wife has no complaints. Regarding the water leaks, I can see how the metal connector to the seat can be forced by the toilet and ultimately cause a leak so I was very careful to adjust the tubing to avoid pressure on the connection. I can highly recommend this product.

This does everything the more expensive models do but half the cost. I really like the auto seat and the night light. Very EASY to install. You may need a special piece to hook up to your existing water line. Quick trip to HD.
