Product recieved defected. Charging the Power Bank jumped from 45% to 94% at once. It froze at 94% percent. Screen is not clear and showing a strange line. And when intried to charge my mobile, it didnt work.

Had an issue with the first one I purchased where the power button gets stuck against its cutout in the down position. After getting a new unit it was very much apparent it should've not been like that, and I trust it was a one-off defect. While testing the power button I seemed to have discovered the hidden faces it mentions on the box. While the screen is on: Press the power button five times to get a crying face ;( Press the power button seven times or more to get an angry face >:( Hopefully that adds some fun for other people!
