Rated 4 star because the mute button doesn't sync with zoom. The device is compact with good battery back up, clear sound and background noise suppression. Participants on calls can hear me without voice distortion. Recommended for ppl who spend quite a bit of time each day on calls.

Excellent product, awesome sound quality

The speaker phone sound quality is very poor. I have specially purchased this for the online classes of my children but I do not recommend anyone to buy the same. Also, it is not compatable with tablets and only works on computer or in a laptop. The connections to other devices is also very confusing. I could only connect this of one device using the cable. Waste of money. The only good thing that Amazon provides replacement otherwise it is a total waste of money.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Konferenzlautsprecher. Klar ist er nicht für grosse Sitzungen gedacht aber für so Gruppen bis 8 Leute perfekt und auch zu einem erschwinglichen Preis. Der Lautsprecher ist lautgenug und die Qualität des Mikrofons ist auch gut. Die Stimme klingt zwar ganz leicht blechern auf der anderen Seite was aber nicht störend wirkt auch beinlängerem zuhören. Aber da hab ich schon weit schlechtere Mikrofone erlebt auch in den höheren Preisklassen.

Grabbed this for work because my headset broke and is not a style that is made anymore and wired headsets are not functional or comfortabel when sitting in meetings all day. This speakerphone met the wired requirements for my company and does not requirements me to wear for long periods. The cable is long so I don't have to cluster my immediate space and could place it on my printer station if needed. It was a good value and recommended by my peer. It gets really loud but on low it still has a good volume which is what I used since its for my home office. I couldn't have snagged a better wired speaker to make my days so much easier.
