Do these stretch? 12 slips off my hubbies heel, and the 11 1/2 his toe is right at the tip

They don't seem to have stretched much but I added a Dr. Scholls gel insole and they fit nicely with much less slack.

How do I change the size to 11.5?

Do these come in a narrow width?

I am not sure but a few reviewers claimed they had narrow feet and the regular sizes weren't too loose. I have normal width and they fit perfectly.

Which Olukai shoe type is for a men’s wide foot

I have a wide foot (I.e.: most shoes are too narrow for me). The OLUKAI Nohea fit me perfectly, and without deforming the shoe to make it happen.. I don’t know if the Nohea size transfers to other OLUKAI shoes..
