Does not work as advertised. The print quality is not the same as HP branded cartridges. Also, the cartridge does not state the toner level correctly so even after installing a new cartridge the toner low warning still displays. I would return this but I waited past the return window to install and test the cartridge. I had to buy real HP cartridges and I’m stuck with these lower quality ones.

This is the second time we have purchased these toner cartridges. The good: Last September we bought them, and although it was a pain to transfer the chip, the ink quality was great, and it was long lasting. As an elementary teacher, I am constantly printing things in color for my classroom, and these first cartridges lasted me all year! Now for the not so good: I purchased these again since we were pleased with them last year. I transferred the chips as directed and changed out all of the cartridges. I am not sure if we received a bad batch and they were dried out or what, but the color is less vibrant now than they were with my old, low level toner cartridges. I also noticed that they looked different than the ones we bought last year---these are definitely not the same product that I purchased last September!! Needless to say, I will not be buying these again, and I recommend that you proceed with caution if you decide to order these. Who knows what you will get and if they will work.

The 2018A toner is high quality and works perfectly with my printer. The printout is crisp and clear, with accurate and consistent colors. The yield is excellent, exceeding my expectations. The price-performance ratio is unbeatable. I 100% recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality toner. Great buy!

Coulda been easier, but it was easy enough once we pried it open. Overall a great printer

The OEM chip removal processes is a nightmare. The removal tool snapped and did not remove the chip cleanly, so the cartridge did not work. Now I am out of the refund window and am going to have to buy a new set that comes with chips.

I bought this pack for the HP 3201dw and followed the instructions and used the tool to cut out the chip from the original toners and installed them according to the directions and the video they provide. That's why they get a 2 star because the instructions were clear and concise. The 2 star rating is because it didn't work. After creating a warzone of plastic part destruction it didn't work. The printer still acknowledged that it was low on toner and wouldn't print in color. I tried everything, google searching, Bing searching, ask Jeeves searching, Netscape searching, whatever safari uses and I even tried AOL searching and nothing. No useful answers. Ultimately had to send this back and buy OEM because now I had removed the chip so wasn't able to buy a new "non-Chip" toner replacement. When I find a suitable replacement for this that actually works with the 3201dw I'll update here.
