Gorgeous book, as I knew it would be.
I adore cake decorating books and as a cake designer myself I love collecting them just to look at their prettiness. This does not disappoint. Beautiful designs and helpful tips.

I thought this was a beautiful book, but perhaps more aimed at professional cake makers than a beginner. I certainly took some useful tips from it, and I will use it and hopefully become more skilled. Some fantastic photographs with clear instructions but far beyond a level that I could attempt.
