The book provides very detailed information on clinical chemistry and molecular diagnostics. One of the features I like about the textbook is the text boxes at the end of the chapters that provide a brief overview of things to remember about the chapter. The only con if you even want to call it that, is that the sections for VI Hematology and Coagulation, section VII Microbiology, and section VIII Transfusion Medicine are online only, but who would cares the textbook for chemistry and molecular are a total of 1730 pages. Money well spent. Review: Good reference book - I don't buy many books for my practice anymore, but i have always found this series useful. Online version is nice to have. I am getting older and the knowledge base continues to grow. Text gets any smaller, i wont be able to read it!
