would using cutting fluid for drilling into metal, with these bits be recommended?

Be careful what you use for drilling into metal. It sounds like you know the difference between "cutting oil" and oil that is intended for lubrication applications. Certain types of metals or alloys cannot be drilled without cutting fluid - the bit will just spin in place. And get overheated in the process. These are excellent quality bits and I couldn't help but notice the smallest sizes are doubled - since they can break during a job - and the 1/4" bit is doubled -- smooth move, since shop DIY experts such as ourselves, use the 1/4" size most frequently and it's just nice having "spares" on hand. Can these be used to drill in concrete?

Not a concrete drill. Not much of a drill at all from the couple of times I have used these. Drill one hole and the tip is GONE! Terrible product.

can the bits be used on metal and wood

These work on wood and soft metal. They handled aluminum without issue. They do not do well against hardened steel (look for M42 cobalt bits for that).
