Neighbor Law: Fences, Trees, Boundaries & Noise Ninth Edition

Please save your money, time and effort; this really is a useless buy. This book contains no useful information at all regarding it's purported subject matter. I threw mine into the recycle bin.

Great law book. Well done with lots of good information.This book really helped me with dealing with my trespassing neighbor that has encroached onto my family property and is still not cooperating with me or the authorities.

The best way to avoid trouble with a neighbor is to not move next to a difficult one, but if you've done it, get this book. This species of neighbor must be more prevalent than one would suppose because I had one and now my adult child has one. The law should make it easier to prevent or deal with some bad neighbor issues but it doesn't do enough. (Check with PD about calls to the neighborhood.) Meanwhile begin with this book.

An excellent guide that every homeowner should read. Great for prevention of problems, and a thorough resource if you run into problem neighbors. Well written and the suggested places to locate state and local laws is very helpful.

Purchased as a gift for a friend that is on Planning Commission for our little town. The book provided a wonderful resource to present both sides of some issues we are struggling with. The City Clerk even read some of the descriptions during the public comment period really providing a much more balanced discussion basis as most of us had not considered the different sides of the issues.... Good book!

I saw this book and as we had questions oboiy fences etc thought it might be useful. At £2.94 then OK. Didn’t read small print. The book is only useful in the USA Do not buy it for UK law or even practical information as it is different. Having said that for £2.94 it was interesting to see the differences. Certainly don’t pay for the £20 updated one
