Best supplement for skin protection! I still use topical sunscreen daily, but I can definitely tell this supplement makes a difference. Product is excellent! I've had chest/skin/itching/blisters from being in the heat/sun for many years. 2 years ago, it started spreading to my lower neck and upper arms as well. My dermatologist recommended I take these whenever I'm going to be in the sun. Don't need to take every day. Just when I know I'll be in the heat/sun. Not one blister since!!!!!! Only reason not a 5 is, the box it came in was all crushed (didn't effect the plastic bottle ). Not delivery company fault. It was packed inside Amazon box with other orders.

Can confirm this stuff works! I have polymorphous light eruption and I develop a rash when I get sunburn but this stuff is effective when taking 30 minutes before sun exposure! Zero taste. Great value for the money.

I take a pill prior to being in the sun. It really protects my face from sun exposure. I recommend this product along with a good tinted sunscreen for maximum protection.

This isn’t a silver bullet for my PMLE, but it has made a giant difference in my skin’s reactivity to the sun. It’s greatly improved my skins resilience and also makes my skin calm down even if i take it after some reactivity has begun.

I bought these before I went to vacation and took them maybe three days before the date, for some reason the harsh western sun makes my skin ERRUPT with hives and rashes after just a tiny bit of exposure. Usually on my hands, lips, and arms. When I tell you what a huge difference this made! I did long hikes and swam in the blistering sun for three days. I still got a tiny bit of a rash on my hand, but it was only about three to five bumps and the tiniest bit on my lip which is a HUGE improvement! And it was gone as quickly as it came, in just a few days, when I usually have to deal with it for weeks after. Highly recommended!
