I used this outside during a solstice party when it was very cold out. It kept the apple cider nice and hot for about 4 hours! I'm very happy with it. I also like that the legs fold in to make it a little more compact for storing it.

Lid didn’t stay closed
The heat of the coffee kept coming out from the top. In matter of 30min to 1hr the tea became cold no matter how we tried to keep the top lid closed.

This is so stupid So I got this machine Few months ago Started to act up Making weird noises And finally the agitator gave up Contacted the warranty department It took 5 days to get an answer .. then 48-72 hours after that to get connected to specialist .. To wait a day to get an answer
