This is not quite what I received. The packet has changed from the one advertised but it still works if you do a lot of cycling and need a caffeine hit.

This is very good. I don’t get as much cramps and gives me a wee bit extra boost. Bear in mind when mixing, put a little bit of warm water in first to dissolve the powder then add cold water, just a little tip.

Great tasting drink I make it with hot water and it’s great on a cold morning to give you a kick start

Tasty flavour and good caffeine hit

Each 47g sachet of this sports drink powder provides 169kcal, 42g carbohydrate (22g sugar), sodium 240mg and magnesium 56mg. The good feature for me is the high caffeine content of 140mg per 500ml prepared drink (the 47g pack makes up 500ml). This caffeine level is equivalent to approximately two 250ml cans of typical energy drink. The product dissolves easily with a little stirring and stays in solution without any sedimentation forming as with some drinks. The flavour is described as citrus and the pack logo shows a lemon and lime, suggesting that is the intended flavour. The ingredients state 'natural flavourings (lemon/lime)'. I found the taste pleasant and sweet, as is expected due to the high sugar content. A good drink to stay hydrated and for a caffeine boost.

Perfect 🥰 drink this first thing need caffeine in my body drink before exercise or after. Helps if you been ill boost the body up immediately. Really impressed. Days I can't walk or get out bed, feel the fatigue. One class 👏 and I'm up like shot gun .

Nehme ich seit 12 Jahren für die harten fahrten. Gut bekömmlich. Extra kick vor dem Berg mit magnesium. Nicht so ekelig süss wie andere. Für die extra carbs mische ich noch extra Matrodextrin rein - bis die Flasche 80 carbs hat.

Ich benutze es vor und beim Laufen. Hatte vorher das Gel war auch OK aber das Pulver ist besser.

Es fehlt der angegebene Ausguss.....na ja...

Ich habe das mir bekannte, sehr gute und oft gekaufte Produkt MIT Koffein bestellt - aber die ohne erhalten. Ich war für alle Varianten (retour, Austausch, Gutschein, Geld retour...) offen. Dieser Händler (Womanda) reagierte überhaupt nicht

Wird nur bei Rennen oder Sehr starken Belastungen benutzt ‚ Wegen der Coffeinwirkung, die bei nicht Kaffeetrinker nochmal stärker ist !
