Works exactly as it should and excellent delivery time!
Absolutely fabulous! Remote arrived the day after I had ordered it and works perfectly. I have been missing not being able to watch Netflix, Amazon Prime etc on the TV and after initially ordering a remote from a catalogue company, which I had to return, I was really pleased that this worked exactly as it should. Annoyingly the previous remote I ordered stated it would work with a smart TV and in effect it did but only to turn the volume up and down, which was no use. I then tried an app which promised me that it would allow me to access all the functions of my TV, again it only worked for the volume. I therefore had little hope that this item would work but I was pleasantly surprised. Add the low price and fab delivery time and I am super pleased I purchased this. Five out five stars, easily!

It is versatile works on any LG tv even my husband can use it he doesn't like gadgets lol

Will not last
Born August 2020, died March 2023. Was ill for a while.This is a poor copy of the original remote. LG probably sold off the molds when they launched a new model TV.That's fine if it works, even if it's obviously of inferior materials quality.The buttons started to become unresponsive after 18 months or so and then it became a real struggle to make it do anything.I have replaced it with one of those premium One4all universal LG remotes which will probably outlive the TV.

It worked great on my LG smart tv. (Older model)Simply installed batteries and it was good to go.

The remote does not work
The remote arrived without any instructions. I installed batteries but the device does not work. The Sky engineer tested it and it showed no sign of life. We tried several batteries including a new pack without success. I will be returning the product.

Does the job!
Does what it says on the tin but like everything else, doesn't last forever. This is our 2nd control. Price has increased a few £££ like everything else in this world. Does what it should but nothing to scream about.
