Omg! This product is awesome. I did the math. If I call someone to massage my back vs use this, after 11 uses, this product is actually free. I have used it for 15 or so times now and absolutely love the product and helps me a lot with my back. It's easy to use, the warmth it emits also helps, has enough power to give a good massage. Please create a head massager also Caresmith!

Really liked the product it works very well both in my car and home.The quality is very good.After using it for 1 month I am writing this review. Unfortunately I experienced some power issue with my back massager but the outstanding customer service of caresmith is really commendable.They quickly addressed my issue and replaced the faulty one with a new one without any hassle.Good job team keep up the Good work!
