These are a quality, fun way of getting in your daily multivitamins. The flavor is delicious and these smell and taste like cherry fruit leather. I appreciate that these have a clean ingredient list, have no artificial colors, and are sweetened with real fruit and no sugar. The ingredients are great for your skin and overall health. The gummies are not too large and are easy to eat. I really look forward to taking these every morning. I haven't experienced any negative effects or stomach issues whatsoever from taking these gummies. I definitely recommend this super high quality, natural fruit gummy multivitamin supplement.

What I like about these multivitamins is that they are made of real fruit and natural ingredients. They are non-GMO, organic, and don't contain any animal products (so they're vegan). Plus, they're gummy vitamins so they're easy to chew instead of having to swallow a large pill. I also like that the vitamins come from actual fruit sources like fruits and vegetables. They have good coverage of the most common vitamins like Vitamin A, C, D2 & D3, E, and different B vitamins. What I don't like about these multivitamins is the flavor. It's supposed to be a cherry flavor but to me, they taste more like a cherry cough drop. It's not a horrible flavor but it's also not the best, either. The other issue I have is that you have to take 4 of them to get the servings listed on the bottle which is more than most other gummy multi-vitamins. They're covered in sugar and have 8g of carbs so if you're diabetic, they will impact your blood glucose.

These vitamins are easy to chew and less gummy than your average chewable vitamins. I think they taste good, but if you are expecting them to taste like fruit snacks you will be disappointed. They are made from real fruit juices with no other added flavor. To me this is a plus, much more natural. In general chewy vitamins aren’t as effective as the ones you swallow, but for some swallowing is difficult. I’d say as far as chewable vitamins are concerned, you won’t get better than these.

As someone who takes a lot of vitamins and supplements, gummies are a very welcome way to go about it. It's much easier to remember to take these when it feels like something you look forward to, rather than just another set of usually too large capsules. The amount of combined vitamins in them if very well balanced, too, eliminating the need for tons of individual bottles to accomplish the same goal. These have the density and texture more similar to the inside filling of a fig newton, meaning it doesn't have the springy or rubbery consistancy that many gummies have, and that you can feel that almost gritty fruit material of it. If you've ever had real fruit leather, it's quite a bit like a softer version of those. It does taste natural and they nail the cherry flavor of it. Unlike many other gummies and something to make note of is that the serving size of these is four as compared to the much more common two. They aren't super large, so it's not an undertaking to have that many, and honestly, it adds to feeling that they are a treat you can enjoy a bit instead of being one quick swallow. Definitely worth trying out.
