I had been dealing with extreme “Golfer’s Elbow” for a bit more than six months. It was not only agonizing to continue my weight lifting routine, but even simple, mundane tasks like opening a jar or lifting a mug of coffee had been quite painful. I had been using two compression sleeves on each elbow while lifting and though this at least made it feel like I wasn’t going to rip my tendons off the bones, it was still quite painful. Once I tried these bands which strap tightly below each elbow, the result was immediate and nearly miraculous. I have since experienced very little pain while working out and almost no pain whatsoever throughout the rest of my day.

Quick backstory. I overworked my forearms at the gym. Too much gripping, too much enthusiasm, and not enough recovery. A few days later I started getting that classic outside elbow and forearm pain. Basically tennis elbow symptoms, and I do not even play tennis. That is why I tried these braces. They have been genuinely helpful. The compression and support takes the edge off during lifting, and it also helps during regular daily stuff that involves gripping. The 2 pack is a nice bonus because I keep one in my gym bag and one at home. Pros: * Noticeable support during workouts * Helps reduce forearm and grip related discomfort * Easy to put on and adjust * Good value since it comes with two Cons (why 4 stars): * You have to find the right tightness. Too tight gets uncomfortable after a while * Placement matters, so there is a little trial and error at first Tip: Put it just below the elbow on the forearm and tighten until it feels supportive, not like it is cutting off circulation. If your hand starts tingling or it feels numb, loosen it a bit. Best for: anyone with tennis elbow style pain from lifting, gripping, or overuse. Not for: anyone expecting a miracle cure. It helps with support and symptoms, but rest and rehab still matter. Overall, a solid brace set and one of those small purchases that makes workouts and recovery easier.

Fits perfect. Instant relief. I’ve been wearing this on and off for a week and my tennis elbow is nearly gone. Of course, this is not a cure but is a perfect assistance towards a cure. Wrist excises paired with this, while active, is what I needed. Would definitely recommend.

I suffered an injury to my ulnar collateral ligament in a martial arts class due to an armbar move and some idiot not understanding what the tapout meant. After one month of trying to deal with it, I went to the doctor, and she recommended this type of device. I immediately ordered it and had it the same day. I've been using it daily for 1.5 weeks and have noticed a significant improvement in the pain and in movement. I wear it about an inch under the affected area which applies the compression in the correct spot. I'm also doing PT-style exercises as well to strengthen the muscles above and below the elbow. It's all working! The brace is easy to put on and adjust, and is very comfortable, even when working out. I highly recommend this brace.

It didn’t work for me because I had torn a tendon so it was painful to use. I don’t think it be fair to give this item a negative review. I couldn’t return it because the return date had passed.

These braces are very adjustable and can be securely positioned on different parts of your arm without it moving around too much. I use these in the second half of my tennis matches to help avoid tennis elbow or tendon fatigue. The Tupac is nice so I can swap them out if one gets too sweaty. Overall, a great value and very effective.

Ho acquistato questi supporti per il gomito Bodyprox per un fastidio da epicondilite e devo dire che sono stati una piacevole sorpresa. Il materiale è leggero e traspirante, non fa sudare e si può indossare comodamente anche per diverse ore. La fascia è regolabile e permette di trovare facilmente la giusta compressione senza stringere troppo. Li uso sia durante l’attività sportiva sia nella vita quotidiana e il dolore al gomito si è ridotto sensibilmente già dopo pochi giorni. Ottima anche la presenza della confezione da due pezzi, utile se si hanno entrambi i gomiti affaticati o per avere un ricambio. Per il prezzo pagato, la qualità è davvero buona. Consigliati a chi pratica sport come tennis o palestra, ma anche a chi soffre di dolori al gomito per lavoro o studio.
