Decent Plumb Craft to get the dirty job done
Works as expected. Nothing more, nothing less

It unclogged a deep back up.
It worked perfectly.. it will scratch your toilet. But the scratches aren't that bad. Especially since I saved about $100. It took me about 35 minutes to unclog my toilet. Just don't force the spring down the bowl too hard and don't yank it as you pull it out and it's perfectly durable.

12-in longer cable could be nice
Works good especially on my 1.6 gallon Biden toilet

Easy to Use, Tricky to Store
Great product, well-made, I like the color. Really got the job done, up till I needed to put it somewhere. I figured Peepawโs room would be fine on account of the swamp cooler โn all that cigarette smoke but boy did he curse up a storm when he found that thang sitting there on his pillow. I guess some people just donโt appreciate gifts, bless their hearts.

Didnโt work at all. X
Did not work on our first toilet clog. Had to get out the old plunger which did the job. Very disappointing.

Not super easy to use
I was concerned when realized elbow not covered in vinyl. It did leave scratch marks on porcelain where elbow sits. I was able to scrub away most of those with comet and a sponge. I was not able to advance the wire. Not enough strength and a tortuous toilet drain I guess. I just tossed it. The outlet in my toilets are square shaped so difficult to get a seal with a plunger. Have tried several.

Worked perfectly!
This was just what I needed, and at a great price! I got the product early Tuesday and had my toilet working twenty minutes later. I had been trying for weeks to get it to unclog with a plunger like I usually do, but to no avail. I think my kids flushed a plastic toilet puck holder down it and it was stuck somewhere along the path. It was really easy to push the block through with this auger. I am confident it would also work on more difficult clogs. Do note, I wrapped the curve at the bottom with duct tape just to make sure it didn't scratch the toilet like some people have mentioned, and it worked perfectly. Who cares how it looks? Perfect product!

Best $20.32 Spent Compared to What it Saved Me
Worked great to alleviate a very, very stubborn clog. I had been attempting to unclog my toilet for several days, 10-20 minutes at a time. I thought I had to call a plumber and bite a $100-$250 bullet. Nope. I started looking online and found out that I required a toilet auger/snake. I found an awesome how to video on Youtube that showed me what to do. Ones on other shopping sites were 2-4 times more expensive. Then, I found this invaluable little, cheap auger and felt confident enough to do the job myself after reading some good reviews. It took about 15 minutes to get the hang of how to use it (you need to read up and watch the video and imitate what the man does) and the clog was no more. I will always have this on handy and now can help out any friends or family that may be in need of my amateur plumbing skills. ***Be SURE TO*** Wrap the bottom end of the auger just where the snake comes out with duct tape. This is the part that you rest at the bottom of your toilet in order to extend the snake down the drain; tape from the tubes' L bend to the opening. I took this advice from other reviews which said that it can scratch the inside of the toilet and didn't want to take the risk. Wrap the tape around that section about 4 or 5 times and it should be fine. It may be the best $20 and 32 cents that I've ever spent in terms of what it saved me. Not even Geico can claim that.

I used to buy such auger in the US, where everyone uses this type of auger. I am happy with the purchase it solved the issue with the toilet clog in 2 mins and no dirt around

This was really easy to use and got rid of the blockage. I had read the reviews about scratching, so I was slow and deliberate when using it. I still saw a few marks, but nothing I notice now.

I had a clog and this is the only tool I was able to unblock my toilet with. It's got perfect leverage right where you need it so its much easier than other augers I have tried. All you have to do is follow instructions that come with it.

it's a good product and does what it promises, the only reason why I did not give five stars is because it scratches the inside of toilet - still worth the money for sure

Scraped the porcelain on our toilet bowl but the scratches went away after a day or so. It was fighting a large Ikea tablespoon that was accidentally flushed with food.. so there's bound to be some temporary battle scars. If you're super worried and want to avoid that, maybe wrap the shaft with some duct tape to protect the bowl, but the marks DID go away on their own. Excellent to have around when you need one. Spoons can be evil. :)
