Can you still move the washer around easily once it's on these pads? I have a tight area for my washer/dryer and I need to be able to scoot it out

I was able to move mine on linoleum. Wouldn't say it was easy though.

How much do they lift the washer from the floor? I have about an inch between the top of the washer and a cabinet

Mine barely got higher at all. I already posted a review and picture. At first, my dryer was even height to the washer. With the feet, my washer is a smidgen taller than the dryer. You have to look very closely to see that one is now higher than the other. Also, you may be able to lower your machine feet by tightening them if you haven’t already so it’s more closer to the ground. The picture they posted of it is very accurate. Exactly the same.

Will this work work with a refrigerator?

I believe it can if the little legs are small/if the refrigerator has legs as in the picture. It will not work if the refrigerator does not have little legs and only is a full square, must buy a different type like a square type ones.

Are these effective to place between washer and pedestal?

I don't have pedestals. On my sealed concrete basement floor they help, but the front loading washer and dryer both still move if a load is unbalanced sometimes, on light loads and on heavy loads. My old top loader stopped when it sensed an unbalance, these do not.
