Great for weighted bodyweight exercise routines
I’ve used sand based weights in the past and this is my favorite so far. Wearing it while walking is a breeze. It sits right on your shoulders and the design evenly distributes the weight and doesn’t harm your back. The vest itself is made of good quality material and the Velcro is also high quality and easy to use. I walk a mile a day with it and also use it for pull-ups. It feels like it will last forever so it’s worth the price for the durability and comfort. If you hang weights from your waist or put plates in a backpack upgrade today

Great weighted vest for the price! The adjustable weights make it easy to increase the challenge as you get stronger, and it fits comfortably without shifting during workouts. Decent vest
Best is pretty good. Fatigued the shoulders a bit after wearing it for over an hour during a workout. But stayed put and didn’t shift.

60lb vest
Excellent quality. Hard to find 60lb vests. I wear it on long walks and I also like to wear it while doing dips.

It’s not well made and rips - i ordered it on July 11, 2025 and it’s totally ripped
The vest is totally ripped in 2 different place and it happend beyond the return date. Bad quality

More push ups
It has all the weighted shells for your needs. I have used this for helping me improve my push ups. I used to never go beyond 7 push ups. With this, I have done more than 20.

Underwhelming construction
The design of the vest heavily restricted my breathing and without removing some of the weights the velcro would not stay shut. Buckles would have been a better idea. Worst of all though, the straps tore on my third outing. It's not a total waste as I just removed the weights, tossed them in a backpack, and I train wearing that instead now, but for nearly a hundred bucks you'd expect better quality and comfort.
