Didn't feel anything but tastes like Ashwagandha
Tastes like Ashwaganda so would be useful for drink flavoring. As far as any supposed effects tried both 10g/day of this powder and 6g/day Eqv. KSM-66 neither did anything noticeable so can't say anything on that.
