A must-have for authentic Hawaiian cooking!
If you want to get the flavor of the islands right, you need this salt. I used it for my Kalua Pork, and the earthy richness it adds is unmatched by regular sea salt. The coarse texture is perfect, and a little goes a long way. It’s a staple in my pantry now!

NOT EVEN CLOSE to ALAEA Original
NOT ALAEA! Khalua pig turned out junk and I make some bomb Khalua pig. Hawaiian mac salad also turned out junk. The container is tiny. Spend the extra and buy the alaea red "old time" brand. You get more than 3x the amount and the flavor is on point. I'll never buy this junk again.
