No, the doorbell battery doesn't support 24/7 recording or continuous live streaming. Reolink PC Client could continue live viewing it for 5min and the Reolink phone App for 20min. Then it will enter standby mode to save the battery life.

Yes, this doorbell is compatible with traditional mechanical chimes and works with transformers ranging from 8-24VAC, and 5VA-40VA.

Does it support third-party products?

No, the doorbell and its chime cannot work with doorbells or chimes from other brands.

This doorbell supports both wired traditional and digital chimes. For wireless connectivity, we recommend using Reolink Chime V2 (sold separately) or newer versions. Each doorbell can connect with up to 5 chimes.
