Quality is always compromised in our Indian industry. Attractive packing is also important.
Product is very useful. Pl note 3 Diya found faulty, please suggest how to get it replaced? Hopefully supplier has checked before dispatch.Packing was very dull, lousy, bad.

Quality is not good, price is too high
Out of 6, 2 diyas are not working , quality is not good. Price is also high compare to meesho , here price is double In this rate on meesho I got 12 pcs and all are in working condition.

This water sensor diya is lovely choice for decorating home it gives natural diya effect without any fire or smoke making it completely safe to use it starts glowing when you add water which is simple and convenient the pack has pieces so you can easily place them around the house for Diwali Christmas New Year or any other special occasion the light shines brightly and adds calm and festive touch they can be used many times and are great option to make your home look beautiful during celebrations

Defective pieces
I received defective products, and two of the diyas are of very poor quality. Unfortunately, I couldn’t even request an exchange since replacements aren’t available before Diwali. Even if replaced later, I fear I might receive the same defective pieces, as shown in the attached image. I strongly urge you to ensure proper quality checks and customer assurance for your products, especially during festive seasons.
