Very rich and savoury flavour
I used this in the wet mix for making seitan with wheat gluten. It produced a lovely rich stock with savoury flavour. It seems more expensive - but as it's freeze dried and miso paste will be at least 50% water, this is not bad value and doesn't need the fridge. I found it helpful to use as a powder instead of a paste for measurements too.

Great for a quick cup of soup, healthy, tastes nice, keto-friendly (ish), with some oil added in.

Happy with this product. As there is no instructions how to use the seasoning, I would advice a little investigation first to save disappointment.

Expensive, for such a small package. Didn't taste that amazing, either. I will stick to miso paste.
