Well built Tens machine from this trusted make. Its easy to use and put together. The pads stick well The machine comes with easy to follow instructions and a number of targeted programs for different parts of the body. Would recommend.

This is a well made and effective unit. The range of programs is well conceived and the quality is what you would expect from Omron. The only drawback is the price of replacement pads, they are 50% of the price of the total package. £25 is just too much for two pads. You can actually buy a pocket unit with two pads for the same price. Cheap pads are available but the reviews on those are not too good. So, happy with the machine but, beware the on costs, absolutely ridiculous.

I can’t offer an objective review of this machine as it didn’t work. Essentially I set it up as directed, but it kept coming up with an error code stating that the pads were not attached. I tried repositioning the pads multiple times and even on another person (thinking it was possibly my skin) but no success. As a trusted brand I chose Omron over other devices, but sadly the machine just didn’t work.

To improve on this tens machine it would be a lot better if you could set it for much longer than 15 mins, on the old ones it would go for however long you want which was easier than keep setting it again.

Indeed this is not a good product. I found it impossible, no matter where or how I positioned the pads, to avoid the “pads” error. It just didn’t work as described. Very disappointed. Returning.

Apres avoir passé une nuit sur un matelas qui ma ruiné le dos, j'ai pu tester cet appareil pour soulager la douleur. L'appareil fonctionne sur la base d'électrostimulation pour soulager la douleur, le fonctionnement de l'électrostimulation est prouvé je n'ai pas de doute sur le fonctionnement! Le tout est tres simple à utiliser! On place le patche on branche le câble via un bouton pression sur les patches, on branche à l'appareil et on choisi le mode qu'on veut utiliser. Il y en a plusieurs, pour du massage, du massage plus tonique au ciblage du traitement de la douleur! Le tout est détaillé dans un livret multilingue avec la présence de français. L'appareil est simple d'utilisation, il n'y a que 3 boutons, allumer, mode et intensité. Il fonctionne avec des piles, une paire est fournis. Est également fournis les patches qui eux demande un peut d'entretient pour qu'ils durent longtemps, si on ne fait pas cette étape il faudra passer à la caisse et les patches de la marque ne sont pas donnés, il est donc important de bien s'occuper de ces patches pour les préserver le plus longtemps possible et profiter d'un appareil qui permet de soulager les douleurs facilement!

This device doesn't work. The reason is an error which comes up when I turn it on saying the pads are not working. I have not been able to use it even one time. Completely useless. I had other Omron devices and all of them work just good. But I would not recommend buying this item.

The device itself is great. It really has wonderful modes that feel like someone is massaging you. But the feeling can be a different in the same area if the pads are slightly differently placed. Probably due to being right on top of the nerves or not. It really helps against pain and while some may feel relief for only an hour, some claim up to 24 hours of relief. For me it’s more like 24 hours of relief. The only downside? The “long-life” pads are not going to last me for 150 uses. Also, if you reposition the pads it will “count” as another one due to dry skin etc. attaching to the pads. Washing makes them sticky again but they last shorter and shorter between the need to wash them. The replacement pads cost a staggering 25 Euro for a pair which is the 1/2 of the price I paid for the device. I went to a big Chinese online store and bought 75 pair for 20 Euro!! I did need to buy a new cable with the 2mm pin connection and an adapter from the 2mm pin to 3.5mm push stud.

Los parches duran bastante si los cuidas bien (se pueden reutilizar hasta 150 veces), y las pilas vienen incluidas, así que está listo para usar desde el primer momento. Como único punto mejorable, estaría bien que fuera recargable en vez de funcionar con pilas, y los parches de repuesto no son baratos, pero compensa por lo bien que cumple su función. En resumen, si buscas algo efectivo para aliviar dolores musculares o articulares y con buenas instrucciones, este dispositivo es una gran opción.
