I like this product because your face feels very clean afterwards. However start slow because it gave me dry patches because I used it too frequently. One to two times a week is enough

My skin is a bit sensitive so I opted for the 10% face pads and I'm glad I did. I definitely feel the tingling but I think this varies from person to person. If you use glycolic acid often you may not notice it with these pads but I don't really use it and I feel it. They have done wonders for my face and are just gentle enough for my skin! My skin has been looking so much better with using these 3 times per week. They are very easy to use if you just follow the clear and simple instructions. Just make sure that you rinse it off after 1-2 minutes as instructed. The pads have the perfect amount of solution on them and are easy to remove from the jar. There isn't a very strong scent and the light scent that is present disappears after rinsing it off. Some reviewers have complained of leaking but mine were sealed with plastic and there was no leaking. One of my boxes was even beat up petty bad and it still didn't leak. Maybe they fixed the issue. It doesn't appear they offer the 3 pack any more but I got 3 jars for less than $20 with 50 pads each. These will last me a long time. Eventually I'd like to move up to the 20% one but for now these are great. If you have sensitive skin like I do then I recommend you start out with the 10% strength. I think they are worth a try! They have worked well for me!

These glycolic acid pads are excellent. I have sensitive skin that tends to be very picky about the products I can use on it, and I have been able to start with these just fine. This is a fairly high concentration of glycolic acid for home use, but it’s meant to give results - and it certainly does! I was complimented on my skin just yesterday and told I don’t look anywhere near my age (49). Of course, this is used in combination with other skin care and proper diet, water intake, and sunscreen, but I’ve already noticed within the couple weeks I’ve been using these (twice weekly) that my skin looks a little more glowy. These have given my skin that bump up that I was looking for! I will definitely be continuing and purchasing more when I run low. One thing I do want to mention is that after the first use the skin on my face was extremely flaky the next day the next time I washed it. Don’t be surprised if this happens, even if you are a regular with exfoliation. Glycolic acid at this concentration will speed exfoliation more than anything else you use, so that first use will literally “peel” your skin. This should get less as you use it. And make sure to read the instructions on the package; this isn’t for every day use! Five stars for sure, and if I could rate it higher I would. Highly recommend.

I was excited to use this product after reading the reviews. It arrived on time. The contents of the container were great for the price. The pads were moist, thick enough to glide over my skin, and there was no sticky residue. However, as a sensitive skin girly, unfortunately it’s a no for me. Even after following the instructions, my face began to burn right away. As a result, I have very irritated skin all over my face. Totally bummed, but hey, you live and you learn.

I almost didn't order these as I did notice these are made in China. I took a chance regardless as the company (after a wee bit of research) seemed reputable with decent reviews. But the cost is amazing considering you get 2 containers. Plus I liked that these were no overly harsh for my sensitive skin being 10% glycolic acid compared to 20%. These arrived very well sealed and fresh. No leakage at all. The pads are thicker than I anticipated (a good thing), and non irritating on my sensitive skin. I have experienced no negative reaction whatsoever even after daily, consistent use. They do a great job at removing any dirt or debris. There is a menthol scent but it's not horrible and dissipates quickly so you are no walking around smelling medicinal. Plus you rinse it off anyway with water after a few minutes. These have improved my pores and seem to have balanced the sebum production. I will continue to use these and order more when I run low.

I have used glycolic acid in my skin care routine on and off for a while. I was "off" lately, so when I had the opportunity to get these, I jumped at it. I do believe my skin is still relatively used to the acid, so I didn't experience any irritation even using them every other day. I do follow the directions and rinse with cool waster after a couple minutes. The directions say 1-2 minutes, but I'm probably going closer to 3 minutes. After washing my face, I use one of these, then get my toothbrush ready and brush my teeth, then rinse my face. I think these help to give my skin a healthy glow, removing any dull or dry patches. I do follow with my normal serum and moisturizer. These are mild enough for me that I think I'll order the 20% solution next, but I think this is a great starter level for people new to glycolic acid. The directions suggest using 1-2 times per week. The price of these Nuva Glycolic Acid Pads is good compared to other brands that I've tried. For me, there is a slight tingling when I first wipe them on, but it goes away pretty quickly. In fact, if I wasn't paying attention I think it'd be easy to forget to rinse because the feeling goes away so quickly. I do notice a bit more tingling/itching from my vitamin C serum on days that I've used the glycolic acid pads.

These glycolic acid pads come in a 10% formula that is advertised as suitable for sensitive skin. I’ve heard that before! My skin is super sensitive, so, I was very cautious when using these pads at first. I’m very pleased to report that I’ve had no negative reactions to these pads so far. I’m really happy with them! They are simple to use - there is a textured side and a smooth side. I just gently rub it on my face - wait a min or two and rinse off with plain water and then do my normal moisturizing routine. The is a value packaged set. You get three little tubs. They smell nice. The pads are strong enough to use 1 for my whole face. I like them! I hope they work out just as well for you.
