Cool & Happy in Arizona!
I had one of the new fangled double inverter A/C units, I’m in Arizona and that broke in 16 days I think. This is not as efficient supposedly as that one, but this one has lasted far longer than that. I’m hoping for 5 or 6 years at least. It has only been around 5 weeks. So I’m in Az in the extreme heat summer, my house is cool. The A/C cycles on and off. My electric bill is not bad at all. I am very happy so far!

Error code less than a month later
Don’t waste your money. This unit is too expensive to already be having issues. It also didn’t cool a 746 sqft area to the point it ran ALL DAY. We accepted that because we were grateful to have a cooler area. But now an E3 error code has popped up and nothing we’ve done has fixed it. It’s 91 degrees outside, currently 86 indoors and keystone is not available for product help. This is beyond ridiculous and unacceptable!!!!

Heats and cools fine, loud, has weird on/off cycles
We’ve been using this in our “tiny home” for 6months while we are building our house. The heat and cooling both are great, it’s really loud though!! It kicks on for a few minutes for like a “warm up” (on both heat and cooling) then shuts off for a few seconds and kicks back on for the duration. Not sure why. Installing was easy as any window/wall unit is. It an ok value for the cost. Just alit louder than most.

Great init
We have this in our extra family room. It does a great job. Our HVAC went out and for a week solid this unit kept our entire 2200 sq ft cool enough to sleep. We are very pleased

Works great!
We put it near the middle of our 3 bedroom 2 bath house and it cools it well.

Listed width is not correct.
The measurements listed by the manufacturer are incorrect for the width. That made installation very difficult as we were replacing another unit. It required us to reframe the hole in our wall and reset the outside brackets. The unit works well now that it is installed.
