A good product to take if don't like vegetables

Due to external toxins, my blood is deficient in iron and all b vitamins. Drs wanted me to take folic acid but as that's a synthetic I opted to buy this. Along with b complex and iron. Seems to be of good quality..organic and natural. I'd recommend

Naturally occurring folates are the absolute best form of folates and do not cause me any of the anxiety and restlessness symptoms that even tiny doses of methylated versions will cause, plus I do not have to worry about my body having to deal with processing and clearing of synthetic folic acid. Absolutely zero side effects which is rare for me.

This is a powerful supplement. I was fasting and took these on an empty stomach. I typically feel relaxed/ semi-tired at work as the evening approaches. However, when I took these for a week, I felt clarity and stable energy even after my work-commute. I drive on the freeway every day and this product helps me with vision and enduring energy as I head home!

Folic acid is a big need, we don’t always get enough in our diet. This supplement is a decent value, is easy enough to swallow, and there have been no adverse effects. The smell is that awful vitamin and supplement store smell. My partner has no problem with it but I can taste it before, during, and after swallowing. If I noticed an improvement after a month, I’d buy again.
